How it works

1. You send your details

You send your provider details and signatures. That is the whole lift on your side.

2. We do the work

We submit complete applications fast and manage them to approval, chasing payers so you do not have to.

3. You go live

Your first commercial payer goes live within 60 days, so you can start billing.

4. Or we pay you back

If it is not live, and you have given us what we need on time, we put $200 back.

What the guarantee covers

What "credentialed" means here. Your first commercial payer approves you, so you can start billing. That approval is the finish line the 60-day clock runs to.

In plain language, here is what the guarantee applies to:

  • New credentialing. For providers starting credentialing with us.
  • Commercial payers. Government payers like Medicare and Medicaid run on their own timelines, so they sit outside the 60-day clock.
  • The clock pauses while we are waiting on you. Time we spend waiting for your information or signatures does not count against the 60 days.
  • You return requested items within about a week. When we ask for something, sending it back promptly keeps your guarantee in place.

Common questions

What does "credentialed" mean here?

It means your first commercial payer has approved your enrollment, the point where you can start billing that payer. We measure the 60 days to that approval, not to a stack of paperwork.

What if a payer is just slow?

The clock counts the days that are in our control. It pauses whenever we are waiting on you, and government payers like Medicare and Medicaid sit outside the 60-day window because their timelines are not something anyone can control. The guarantee covers the work we own: complete applications, submitted fast, and managed to approval.

Do I keep my own NPI and contracts?

Yes. You stay credentialed under your own NPI, and your payer contracts are yours. We act as your agent to do the work, nothing changes hands.

What does managed billing cost?

We will walk you through pricing on the call so it fits your practice. The walkthrough is the fastest way to get a clear number for your situation.

Is my money ever touched?

No. Payments land in your own bank account. We invoice our fee separately and are never a signatory on your account.
